Blueprint is a nine-person studio that resolves every junction in drawing before it resolves it in pictures. We hand contractors a document set so complete there is nothing left to guess, and nothing left to argue.

Three rules we do not bend
Detail before image
No mood board survives contact with a threshold. We draw the reveal, the drip, the flashing at 1:5 before we render a single view.
One set of truth
Architecture, structure and services are coordinated on the same sheet. The contractor bids what is drawn, and builds exactly what was bid.

Drawing is not the documentation of a decision already made. Drawing is where the decision gets made.

What handing us a site looks like

Survey and section studies.We measure the site, the light and the neighbours, then test the idea in three sections before a plan exists.
2 to 4 weeks
PH. 02
Developed design.Structure, envelope and services are drawn together. You approve real details, not a hopeful picture.
6 to 10 weeks
PH. 03
Tender documentation.The full coordinated set goes out. Contractors price certainty instead of padding for ambiguity.
4 to 8 weeks

On site.We answer to the drawing. Weekly on the ground, we hold the built work to the lines we committed to.
