Nothing exists until you ask for it. We take your measurements, cut a single pattern, and hand you a six week wait that is the entire point. Fast is somebody else's promise.

The practice
We hold three rules, and they cost us most of the calendar.

Honest materials
Undyed wool, boiled linen, horn and corozo. Fibers that age into character instead of out of fashion, and nothing on the garment we cannot name on the label.

Mended for life
Bring it back frayed and we reline, reweave, and return it. The first repair is on us, and so is every conversation about the next ten years of wear.

The Standing Coat
A coat that stands on its own shoulders. Cut long, structured through the chest, and heavy enough to hang without a hanger. It is the only coat we are making this season, and the only one we think you need.

Price is agreed at your fitting, once we know your cloth and your measure. We would rather quote a person than a page.
Fittings
Book the room, not the rail.
We take twelve fittings a week, in the Leeds studio or by post with a measuring kit we send you. Every commission begins with a conversation and ends with a garment that fits only you.
